Sponsor Information & Sign-up

PTDOS Sponsors are organizations who agree to support, promote, participate, and encourage others to join in Global PT Day of Service.

To be recognized as a PTDOS sponsor, you must

  • Identify an ambassador within your organization to coordinate participation in an organizational or local PTDOS service project.

  • Have participants sign-up on the PTDOS website and join your project.

  • Promote and share about PTDOS.  

  • Contribute at a PTDOS Sponsorship Level ($250 to $2,000+).

Sponsorship levels start at 

Platinum ~ $2,000+

Gold ~ $1,000

Silver ~ $500

Bronze ~ $250 

*All sponsors receive a charitable contribution receipt for tax purposes and a sponsor’s toolkit equipped with logos, media templates, and ambassador information.
